SABA Florida’s mentorship program aims to provide support to the legal community by pairing our early- to mid-career SABA FL members with experienced attorneys throughout the state to provide career advice and guidance. Our mentorship program forges strong relationships between members of the South Asian legal community by matching program participants according to experience, skills, and background. As a mentee-driven program, members seeking active mentorship benefit from the guidance and networking to enhance their professional development, while our experienced attorneys give back to the SABA FL community through their perspective, invaluable experience, and knowledge.
